Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Fredericton

I went to Drive Thru on this restaurant today at 9:37pm Date: 28 June 2024, to order 4 different drinks, there were only 2 employees at that time one female and one male. Female was attending orders. she was very rude and unprofessional in the manner of taking orders and when I went to the window, she said in her native language to her colleague that," We have to do the closing, you go finish the work, these people don't have anything else to do except coming to get coffee." That was very insulting for me. I am a working professional in customer service as well and I can imagine insulting my company's customers in any manner. I understand she must be tired of working or exhausted from the shift, but we have to be polite to other and Tim Horton's have a reputation of very polite staff. I am a regular customer and never faced that kind of treatment from any other employees of that place. furthermore, I usually go in the morning and everyone in the morning shift are very nice and always have a smile...

Ive been coming here for years. I ordered 2 strawberry banana smoothies one morning, take a drink, taste MOLD! You can imagine my frustration considering theres always a huge line up for the drive through and the traffic on Union is just ridiculous at all times. When i went back into the store. I told the cashier i wanted my money back, she took the smoothies to her manager Lena, who was very very rude. She looked absolutely miserable! She comes to the register after taking the moldy smoothies into the back kitchen, does a return and then hands me my money saying "here". No apology for serving me disgusting mold, nothing! Huge disappointment. Ill be contacting health inspectors as well. Ps- i would rather rate this...

I Have The Same Order Daily, Which Is An XL Triple Triple, Chocolate Muffin, And A Sour Cream Glazed Donut! And The Last 3 Times I've Come, They Didn't Have Chocolate Chip Muffins, Or Sour Cream Glazed Donuts. One Time, I Asked For A Blueberry Muffin Instead, After They Told Me There Was No Chocolate Chip Muffins, And They Never Had Any Of Those Either, Only Pumpkin..

I Get That This Can Happen From Time To Time. But When It Happens Always, Then That Should Tell Them Something, To "MAKE MORE"...
