New England Pizza - A Delightful Culinary Experience
I recently had the pleasure of dining at New England Pizza in Fredericton, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! After hearing my wife rave about their amazing food, I simply couldn't resist giving it a try myself. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed!
I indulged in their Hawaiian Pizza, which was a mouthwatering combination of sweet pineapple, savory ham, and gooey cheese. Each bite was a burst of flavors that left me craving for more. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully fluffy on the inside, creating a delightful texture that complemented the toppings perfectly.
Not only was the pizza superb, but the staff at New England Pizza were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my dining experience exceptional.
I truly appreciated the comfortable and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. It felt like a place where I could relax, enjoy good food, and have engaging conversations with my fellow diners. The ambiance added an extra layer of enjoyment to my meal.
New England Pizza has certainly won me over with their delicious food and fantastic service. I can now understand why my wife constantly brags about this place. I highly recommend visiting if you're in Fredericton and looking for a memorable culinary experience.
So, if you're craving a slice of pizza perfection or a mouthwatering donair, look no further than New England Pizza. Trust me, you won't be...
Read moreI wish I could give this place Minus 5 stars. Horrible food, Horrible disrespectful staff, including management. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. Was in for lunch today, ordered 2 regular donairs, paid, and drove around the corner to enjoy them. But enjoyment wasn’t what we got. The first bite revealed it was filled with rotten lettuce. Not wilted or lettuce that was slightly off. Slimy, rotten lettuce, that must be what the bottom of a fish tank tastes like. I tossed the two donairs in the trash can and drove to DQ a block down and had lunch. I was stewing the entire time as I felt that the person who made our food at New England Pizza knew just how bad they would be and didn’t care. I decided to stop 30 minutes later and mention the problem and ask for a refund. That didn’t happen. The woman kept saying really, really, really, when I described our meal. Never an offer of a refund or to remake the food. Instead, she had me write down my name and number and said the Owner would be in the restaurant in ½ hour and will call me. They never did. 7 hours later I called New England Pizza and asked for the manager. As I started to describe my issue, he said he knew who I was and had my number. He never let me finish talking, he argued with me and talked over me to the point I finally hung up. 20 years we have been going there, never again. This place must have changed ownership in the last year or so. I will be calling CFIA to report them...

We placed our order at 4:30 and asked for a 5:30 pick up. When we arrived at 5:25 we were told it was just going in. No problem- we paid and then we took a seat to wait. People came and went and still our order did not come out or get called.
When we approached the counter at 6pm, it took no less than 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge and address us. When we asked again for our order the person working went out back, took a walk around then returned empty handed only to reach onto a shelf and grab 2 boxes.
When they were handed to me, they were ice cold. They had clearly been sitting for sometime. We asked how long they had been sitting there and the worker simply shrugged their shoulders. We pointed out that the pizza was cold and once again we were met with a shrug of the shoulders. And now after it sitting on a shelf for no less than 25 minutes and a 20 minute drive home we’re eating cold pizza that we paid a fair price plus tip for. The cream cheese stuffed crust is good, but not that good.
A little bit of sincerity and customer service could have saved this whole transaction, but shrugged shoulders and overall dismissal of our concerns with the quality is what has us most...
