Pizza Delight — Restaurant in Fredericton

Came here to eat with a group. There were a total of 4 orders for the whole group. 3 pizzas and 3 Garlic fingers for the group of 10 boys and the parents ordered. A couple ordered Nachos and my brother and I ordered super donairs mine with no veg and add bacon and his no lettuce. With 2 side orders 1 being nachos and the other being a salad to go. Pretty simple order considering I can remember what everyone had. Everyone's food started coming out with no utencils, or napkins. My brother and I had our orders come out wrong. Considering we waited a significant amount of time it was disappointing that we yet again had to wait . The 2 orders finally come out 15 mins later and mine was wrong again. I decided I would just eat it rather then wait again. We never heard from the waitress until it was time to pay. I get my bill expecting to possibly get an apology or some sort of discount for 2 wrong orders, and nothing . So that was a little upsetting, but I accepted that as she was a bit flustered. It's time to leave and the waitress is nowhere to be found, so I can pay and leave this mess of a place. I got to a point where I felt like walking out, but because of my morals waited as patiently as I could. Finally she comes out. I pay for my meal and the expected tip ( that I should not have given her) I remind her about my salad to go she says she will bring it right out. Waiting, waiting, waiting ....... waiting ... yes again still waiting. I finally just ask the first waitress I see if I can get the pre-made salad that I ordered to go . She then tells me she has to go back out and make me one. More waiting.... so finally I had enough I ask to speak with a manager a not so friendly masked person says "I'm the closest thing to that you will get tonight" Speaking very short with me. I proceed to tell him all of the above mentioned and he sarcastically tells me that sorry that's what I get when they are short staffed. This guy is representing " Pizza Delight " Trust me there was no delight it was a disaster. This person is being a complete jerk after all the nonsense I had already endured . All I wanted was to bring it to their attention. Tyler was their name and they really shouldn't be dealing with any customer issues or customers in general. To the owner/ manager of this establishment you should be ashamed to let your staff down on a Friday night knowing a group was coming. To Tyler get a job where you don't deal with people. This will be taken further up the ladder as I will not be treated like garbage when I pay top dollar for 3rd rate food and no customer service. No I do not reccomend any group come here or anyone for that matter.

update The head office called me and has apologized for the way I was treated. So I will add a star because someone actually cares about...

Met a friend for lunch today hadn’t seen each other for quite a while picked pizza. The light north side greeted at the door said pick a table wherever you like so we did we just come over asked us what we wanted to drink. We both ordered water with a straw slice of lemon When she came back asked us if we were ready. We both ordered. I ordered a one special chicken nachos with the 6 inch pizza and said I would take a ginger ale in a bottle to go will drink water with my meal came back shortly after with a ginger ale and a glass I had said I wanted it to go she said I thought you said you wanted ginger ale here and wanted to go walked away!!Food was good waitress was a little bit short with her words came back to see how the food was. We said good we were in the middle of our conversation came back to see if we wanted any dessert took my plate took my friends plate right from underneath her nose while she was still eating and I said you’re not done and she said I guess I am now and the waitress said oops sorry Came back with two bills. I was gonna pay for our lunch date. She never even asked if it was one or two, just took it for granted it was for two. I arrived to this restaurant in what felt to be an internal famine in my stomach. I was not met my a server at the door and Hence found my way to my own sweet. It took what felt like ages to the server greet me at the table I picked myself! I decided to still give this charming looking young man with biceps the size of my head a chance. Though this chance was undeserving as I tried to place my order then and there as I had time previously during my long wait to be greeted to pick my meal from a limited and unclear menu. When telling him I was ready to order he followed by cutting me off to say he was only doing drink orders at the time. This was an outrage. I was on the verge of waking out of the restaurant but my hunger fought this temptation. Once finally placing my order I then waited for an around 60 full minuets for my order. I had a horrible experience at this restaurant and the pizza didn’t even end up being any good .DO...
