If there was a zero star i would have rated it ZERO, it's a weird incident i never experienced all throughout Tim Horton shops. I waited with 2 toddlers for almost 10 minutes and 3 employees didn't even care to attend to us, the kids were shouting for doughnuts and it was obvious that we were waiting for an employee to serve us, i called out for the employee who was busy looking at his screen and making sandwiches and he just said wait maam, and that was what me and my 2 kids did, we waited patiently and when we passed another 6 minutes without being served i asked my kids to step out and that we will go to another tim horten, they were crying over the doughnuts and nobody even cared to attend to us! That was not it, while i was placing my kids in their car seats, another man came in immediately and that same employee who asked me to wait left what he was doing and attended to the customer!!! What was that? i had to go back in and couldn't yet believe that this is happening, and yeh i spoke to the manager about it and i really hope she took action against the bad attitude towards me and my kids, that guy was the reason my kids cried until we reached the nearest tim hortons. I wonder how did Tim horton hire such an employee that has ZERO experience about customer service and how to attend to customers. BTW i had a witness who was inside the shop before the second incident happened, she was sweet enough to apologize for what happened to me and my kids and that this wasn't supposed to happen this way, can you imagine a customer was apologizing while that employee didn't even care to step up...
Read moreI don't know what it is with this Tim Hortons, but every time it comes up in conversation, people talk poorly about it - with good reason too.
I am on a streak (the last 5 or 6 times, not even exagerating) where I made a mobile order, or ordered In their drive through where they mess up over half my order. My orders are never more than 4 items, unless I'm picking up coffee for my family. I will post a picture of what they call a "chocolate honeycrueler", honestly, Google what it's supposed to look like and compare it to what I got, it's hilarious!
The workers always seem confused as well. I don't know what goes on at that location, maybe their monitors don't work properly or something like that.
I wish I could say this is the bad location, but this chain has been on the decline for a long time now.
One last thing: they messed up my sandwich order soooo many times. I would ask for mayo instead of honey mustard, and since they messed it up so many time, I started to love honey mustard, so that's kind of a positive...
Read moreTerrible customer service on our first stop in at this Tim's. We ordered a large triple triple and an iced capp, only to be told after paying with debit that they were "out of iced capps." Which is fair, I get it. Fast food chains are always busy and can run out of stock of certain items, but the way that they handled it afterwards was just ignorant and rude. My girlfriend was asked what she would like instead as a replacement, since we were owed something of similar value at least, she was then given 5 seconds of time (if that) to make up her mind, and then abruptly told "I don't have time for you to decide" and was pushed off to the side and forgotten about. Even after trying to get the same guy who took our order or anyone else's attention to get either our money back or something in replacement. If that's really how you treat your customers, then consider that not one I'd return back to. I bet they really appreciated the forced tip they got on top of minimum wage,...
