Greber Pizza and Shawarma — Restaurant in Gatineau

My son and I had been looking for a new pizza place due to our usual being closed to sanitary reasons 😳 we picked up the Top Menu flyer that is delivered to our mailbox and ordered from every restaurant (we love pizza and pizza is life). We both agreed that Greber Pizza has the best pizza in town. My son loves a thick crust pizza and I a thin crust. We judged based on a crust to sauce flavour and amount to cheese ratio. Greber Pizza came out on top every single time. It even beat our old usual spot. We now have a new usual spot. This is now our go to place and I'm sure they recognize our order by now. Love the poutine here ! Weirdly enough I like the shredded cheese and different gravy. However I showed up at 1245 am BcuZ the site said they closed at 1am and the guy said he wasn't open. He said he was shut down for cleaning. I said he should make that clear on the website and then he proceeded to give me attitude about how restaurant always shut down early for cleaning. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years, if your website says you're open til one u should be open til one and cleaning until 130. I understand sometimes business is slow and you want to shut down early and go home, but the website is misleading and should be changed for...

Ordered 2 large pizzas and they were excellent. The ingredients were fresh and crispy. Bacon was actually strips of bacon, and not bacon bits or whatever they serve at Domino's. The dough was excellent, and cooked to perfection. Not too thin, and not too thick, and excellently crispy. The cheese was tasty and they put a generous serving on each pizza. I had just finished returning pizza I got from the Domino's close by there, as they were very disappointing, and I could not be happier with the choice of eating at Greber. I highly recommend this place. Be warned though, their large is definitely larger than Domino's! Another plus is this is a family...
