Came here today, Asked for a food, cost me almost 20$… The worker gave me the plate, when she gave it in my hands i dropped the sandwich, the sandwich slid on the plate, and then on the floor. I apologized a lot. And asked if i could get another one. They said no, we can’t give u another one even after talking to the boss. How is this my fault? What did i do to deserve this? I didn’t come in months and when i come this is the service i get. It’s a place where they only think about themselves. I am a student, that barely has any money and decides to go out, and a mistake happens, and I can’t even get a refund or my food ? Like it doesn’t make sense. I was looking for a simple iced tea as it was a hot summer day. They only had one option already made, which was partly lemonade. I didn't want lemonade, so I asked for plain green iced tea, no sweetener. You'd think this would be simple enough. The young server brought me a glass of cold water with a green tea bag in it. For some reason, some tea leaves were floating in my glass. It was a very weak drink after waiting 10 minutes. The staff here do not apparently know how to make iced tea. I was surprised, to say the least. I should add that this drink was about $4. The ambiance was nice however, my drink was terrible. I can do this easily at home - I am not sure why they can't do this...
