Placed a mobile order around 6:30 for pick up at 6:55. When i went in to get my order the young man behind the counter made me wait until he was fine serving everyone in line and then told me he didn't have time to make my order yet. Then he passed another customer that came in after me. At this point another person came in for a mobile order pick up and the young man tried to give me his sandwiches. After doing so i noticed 2 sandwiches sitting on the back counter which were apparently mine. I had to inform the young man that i had 2 trios both with m&m cookies as he was only giving me the sandwiches. We got into the car and checked our order; none of the cookies were chocolate chip M&M, one of the sandwiches had the wrong bread and the other looked like it got run-over by a car and they were both really cold. When i went back into the store to let the young man know he informed me that they were out of the flat bread so he just chose another bread. I asked if he could make new sandwiches because they were sitting for so long and when i went back into the store I found him taking a sandwich out of the microwave! He said he made new sandwiches but i clearly saw him take it out of the microwave. At that point i kindly asked for a refund as i was not taking the food. He called his manager who informed me that the refund would have to be requested from the app which i ordered from originally and then i left. Read moreThe last 3 times I’ve gone there (today being my last time), I seem to be disappointed with their customer service. Coming back from teaching fitness classes, I like to grab a sandwich at their location. However, for the last 3 times in a row, there’s been either a problem with their oven, or the person over the counter serving is litterally refusing customers live if it’s 8:50pm. I understand if there’s a ridiculous line, but if we’re talking 2 or 3 customers this is unacceptable. Make sure your employees in the evening fix their approach and tone with customers as well.
