The red-haired manager is constantly yelling at her employees. Many employees just decide to quit after getting yelled at by her... I've heard that 5 employees since only February of 2019 have quit this job after they got yelled at by her.
Apart from this, the employees are polite and courteous for most of them. The Phase 3 is extremelly unorganized while the PDC has an extra line that serves zero purpose. The Phase 4 often has no supplies but at least it seems like the best place to go get your coffee.
I wished at least they would just fire that obese red-haired manager woman because she is obviously scaring all of her best employees away from this job. I ordered on the app. I ordered 15 minutes ahead and even clicked the 15 minutes ahead. When I showed up there was no sign where the mobile order pickup was, so I stood on the left of the cash where everybody was receiving their coffee and items. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes and seeing everybody get their coffee and lunch I said excuse me where do I get my mobile order? And I had a lady with green hair yell at me. Staff at drive thru are miserable. Maybe Timmys should change their policy on how long these guys ha e to actually provide SERVICE to your customers, rather than rushing them them thru like cows off to slaughter. Anything over 25 seconds and they get written up. So all you Karen's out there who go thru the drive thru and order 12 breakfast sandwiches, or worse, soup and sandwiches thru the drive thru?
