Where do I even start with this. As it got extremely busy, one of the staff decided to go outside and have a cigarette. Then came back in sat down on top of the table and started to eat a plum.
Two other people followed suit and sat on top of the table next to the staff as they started chit-chatting away.
As I was placing my order, when I asked for tomatoes they gave me two pieces on a footlong, everything they put on my sandwich I had to repeat "can you please add more?" Seems they really don't want to give you anything on your sandwich. Instead of asking me politely "how can I help you?" The staff looked at me and said "next?" And then when I got the name of the bread wrong she pulled out the card and said "these are the breads" instead of Simply helping me choose the proper bread, was very rude.

Read moreI was a regular customer at the Subway but I have never been missed treated like this before. i am disabled and suffered a brain injury aswell as a visual impairment. at 10ish i came in and I ordered three subs the first two were for my family Then the third was for myself. I ordered a pulled pork wrap. I thought I would try the signature this time but when I was ready to pay I said to her can you please grill it and she said I’m sorry with the girls not working. I got upset and said that you should’ve told me that before I order the wrap and she responded if you wait a half an hour or you can have it grilled. But I needed to say this, as the gentleman there took the order I had to mention twice about it being a 6' and he toasted a footlong. argued all the while about it until the thing is done. Yes, he did offer me to only pay the price of a 6', but continued arguing about it and me ended up paying for the whole thing just to stop the arguement. Also at the end, I had a chip n drink combo which he heard wrong as well. I am guessing he was a manager there, but situations like these could have been handled differently.
