Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgina

Second time ordering from here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered 2 pizza's and cheesy bread at 1:30. I checked the tracker it said that the delivery guy left at 1:59. by 2:35 we still hadn't received our food and we are only 8 minutes down the street. I checked the tracker again and it said that our food was already delivered. I called the store to notify them that our food has not been delivered and the woman that answered the phone put me on hold. After 6 minutes on hold she came back on the line, I said hello multiple times and then she hung up on me. I called back and said I was waiting on hold and then was hung up on, she just stood there in silence. The delivery guy ended up showing up, the pizza and cheesy bread were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted, the cheesy breads crust was already hard. I asked to speak with the manager and she said that he wasn't in the building, She said that she would pass on the message. I asked how can I confirm that the message has been passed on? She said a call within 24 hours. I asked for her first name and she said that they aren't allowed to give that out. Worst customer service. This is my second time dealing with Dominos in Sutton and I will never order form here ever again. I recommend everyone in the area to not waste your time, money or patience with this store. I will only be ordering from Ram's or Pizza Hut due to the lack of respect and lack of quality and...

I went to this store yesterday on 28th May 2023 at around 7:30-8:00 pm. There was a girl working at the store and man did she provided the worst service possible. For some reason she was mad at us for coming to this store. We were very polite in our interaction but she was not. She was answering rudely as if we did something bad to her. We politely asked if we can customize garlic bread but she rudely answered “we don’t customize like this here”. The problem is not that she didn’t follow our request but the problem is her attitude. I don’t understand how people like her are allowed to mistreat the customers. There was another guy there standing next to her who looked like a manager. He was nice and polite but he didn’t correct her or ask her to stop being rude. Finally when we got our order the pizza was average and garlic bread was worst as if she deliberately made it bad. I hope the management coach the girl properly and tell her how to treat customers. I wish I could give 0 reviews...

Ordered for delivery. I’ve ordered in the past with no issues but this time driver shows up and no tap on machine. OK fine c, I go inside to try and hunt down my bank card because I use my phone all the time to tap and I told him I was going to find my bank card..,literally 10 seconds later my phone is ringing! It’s him! And I went back out I’m like I told you I’m trying to find my card searching through my house and car etc. I’m like don’t worry if I can’t find the card you can have your pizza back like jeez! I finally find it and then there’s “connection issues” I don’t know what kind of machine they use but we order takeout from everybody and never had this problem. I think what really annoyed me it was him calling me literally 10 seconds after I walk inside to try and find my bank card like really?? I’m gonna steal the pizza?? Won’t be ordering from them again or if I do it’ll be only because I can’t get pizza anywhere else. Pizza definitely is not that good...
