Pizzaville — Restaurant in Georgina

New review* after 3 months I decided to give this place another shot. This time I ordered 3 ponzos for pick up. They were all burnt. The 2 fried ponzos more than the oven baked one (see picture). Why would the cook server this and tarnish the pizzaville name. I don't think they realize the hazel they cause when serving food that is inedible. I had to go out again and get my family something else. The time and hazel is never worth any compensation, but these guys don't even offer that. Head office made them come back to grab the food and they gave me a partial refund. I would not recommend this establishment. New owners don't care. My son thinks they blacklisted my phone number and serve me bad food on purpose. I didn't take a bite.

It took almost 2 hours for us to get an order for 2 party pizzas at 9pm on a Sunday evening. CUSTOMER SHOULD KNOW -Pizzaville has NO delivery time guarantee or customer satisfaction promise. The delivery driver was rude. They offered zero in compensation and head office didn't do a thing. I recommended this place until the last few times. I think they have newer owners or management. Place is falling apart. They just don't...

Every time I order from here, I am disappointed. Ordered the two panzo special. Neither were fully cooked, parts of the dough were so thin, the toppings came out, and they were not sealed properly. Also, never follow contactless delivery.

Won't be ordering from here any more...

When the customer service rep called, they were mostly concerned about the no contact delivery not being followed.

Meanwhile, the point of this review was to bring attention to the fact that the GD panzos are never cooked properly...

The CSR recommended ordering through their website rather than skip or door dash, though not sure how this will help the food be cooked, or contactless delivery being followed, as I have the same issues when ordering directly...

I have pizza here usually once a week, not by my choice but due to proximity mostly.

In the 2 years of ordering pizza here once a week I have maybe had 2 pizzas that were good.

Usually there are barely any toppings. I don't order cheese, just sauce and veggies and sometimes there is only one veggie per slice.

The pizza isn't the worst, but the panzarottis are very disappointing. They are empty with barely any sauce and maybe 3 toppings total (1 of each) even if I order extra sauce it is as though the dough is just brushed with sauce and that's it.

It is my mistake for continuing to order here but the lack of toppings and sauce is not a one time thing, I have given them many chances... I hope maybe this will make...
