They are efficient about %50 of the times I visit. The coffee is inexpensive and the Creamy Chocolate Chill is soooo yum. They also will cool down childrens hot chocolates so thats nice. However, half the time they dont have my honey crullers and very few bagels left.
I find ALL their wraps and sandwiches and bread to be EXTREMELY STALE and it hurts my jaw chewing it. When i ask for something toasted it never is, its just warmed. I tried those potato wedges and had to throw the soggy cold clumped together powder tasting lump in the garbage where it belonged!
All of their food is the WORST FAST FOOD by far of all the chains. And 75% of the time the person serving you just couldn't give a ##! 25% of the time they forget to stir my coffee so all the sugars at the bottom in a sweet syrop when i get down to it.
If you want food, find another resteraunt.
Cheep coffee sometimes not stirred and a doughnut (if they have them) is what this place is for....

They are always in a rush, even when the store is slow. they wont let me say my order, they try to guess it, try ask questions that would be answered if they would just let me say my order AND THEN THEY MESS IT UP!!!. IF THEY WOULD JUST SLOW DOWN AND LISTEN TO THE ORDER, THEY INTERRUPT ME WHILE IM ORDERING, THEY ARE RUDE AND PUSHY AND HARD TO UNDERSTAND. SLOW DOWN and the orders would go smoother and faster ironically. Then i'm so frustrated with drive thru, i go inside to see 7 workers stumbling and tripping over for 3 cars in drive thru and completely ignore me till the drive thru is clear. after 3 more cars pull in. SO rude to just automatically place all in store customers to the back of the line. Cant have 1 person handle the in store customers and the other 6 workers for just drive thru? Basically the worst customer service i have got at ANY tim's from Halifax...

Her body language suggested frustration, and it seemed like she was throwing a tantrum while she was preparing the replacement for my order.
As a customer, I believe that every interaction with your staff should be characterized by PROFESSIONALISM and COURTESY.
I understand that mistakes happen, and I am more than willing to overlook them. However, the RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL attitude displayed by AMANDEEP was both surprising and disappointing.
