The Butcher — Restaurant in Gibsons

We are new to Sechelt this winter and after calling everyone in my area for a small fresh turkey, and being told no, I called The Butcher in Gibsons. I still got a no on the turkey but they suggested a stuffed turkey roulade as an alternative. I could not be happier and my family loved it. I got a fairly big one, so we would have leftovers but it was easy and still had a quick cook time, delicious stuffing, tender and juicy. No fuss, no mess, no carcass to try and fit in your fridge and lots of leftovers that when warmed up were as good as the first time we ate it. I will be roasting chickens in the future but will choose a turkey roulade for the holidays every time from now on. Thank you for the great suggestion...

Thanks to FB I was introduced to this place. I made a special detour on my last trip just to check them out. Worth it!!!

Beautiful cuts of meats sourced as much locally as possible. Sausage filled with meat not gluten fillers...what?!? Maui ribs, lamb kababs and seasoned chicken wings... much more

I was also give a backstage tour of their smoking operation. The employees or should I say, teammates are also super passionate and it translates into the feeling you get when you’re shopping there.

.... but their smoked beef jerky is Da-best. Absolutely brilliant 👌🏻

Will need to come with a cooler next...

As a foodie and someone who has ants quality products to cook with The GIbsons Butcher has been my go to since it opened. The Staff are friendly and service is always top shelf. I don’t eat pork and they are always keeping me in the loop when pork free items come in. The Rib Eye Steak is my personal fav and melts in your mouth. They also have a wide variety of provisions to help elevate your pantry, aswell as pre-made sides to make your dinner come together with ease in this busy world we live in!
