My boyfriend ordered two meals for us, a chicken combo and a poutine. Both on the same order. The chicken combo arrived, but they didn't even have the poutine. Driver said it'd be there soon. 1h later, still no poutine. My boyfriend calls, ask about the poutine, they say it's on its way. 30 more minutes go by, still no sign of the poutine. They have a menu at the door showing 2 for 1 pizza. We sat inside to order and were told we could not eat in the restaurant if we ordered 2 for 1 pizza. I asked the manager where on the menu at the door specified that. He came to show me and when he couldn't find it, he simply said "it's an old menu".
