Rude behaviour from the cashier lady , she don’t have any clue what is customer service is and how to deal with the customers. When we ordered sushi she gave us ice cold sushi which was prepared already like hrs ago or days ago we don’t know. I was asking her can we get the fresh one which means like room temperature or freshly made one or heat it up lil bit, her way of explanation was not appropriate. She said we don’t have microwave and then she said no one eat the sushi in hot temperature but my expectation is to get the room temperature and not ice cold and then I said it’s fine let me pay. She don’t even care what I was explaining to her and turned her face down doing something else where the customer ( myself) said again that’s fine. She don’t even care. We were about to buy some more food but due to her bad attitude we turned away from that place as well we never going to return to Edo Japan in prairie mall if they continue to do bad...

It sounded great and convenient to be able to order everything ahead of time and just run in and pick it up. I had a number of issues with this order once I got back to work. Read moreStaff are rude especially the guy taking the orders, we were waiting for our food and the whole area was very loud so it was hard to hear them call our name. So when the guy called our name we obviously couldn't hear it, so after about 10 minutes we went there and asked if our order was ready and the guy said "We already called your order, you weren't listening" in the most rude tone ever. Speak up if you want us to hear our order don't expect to be heard when the whole food...
