KFC — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

Got a 18pc family meal, added an extra large popcorn chicken and a zinger sadnwhich. Drive home 40 minutes to unpack and see we actually got a small box of the popcorn chicken. Mistakes happen so figured just call and see if they can offer a refund or a credit or something. The female supervisor working at 8:45pm of January 29th told me they only offer one size only of popcorn chicken and that the box I have is the only size they offer because they changed their size options. We paid thirteen dollars for a tiny box of popcorn chicken? If it’s is true they only offer one size only why does it say large popcorn chicken and why were there multiple sizes on the menu and I doubt it would be $13 for something so small.

I get mistakes happen but don’t lie to me. A simple “oops were sorry let us rectify that” would go a long way in...

I had Andrea as my order taker. Very rude. I ordered a three piece .. she asked salad OR a gravy . I said I wanted salad but a side of Gravy. She said I couldn’t do that it was OR. My mom then explained I wanted the salad but I also want a side of gravy then she made it out to be as we were dumb , with so ugh attitude, slowed it down as if I didn’t get it and said “ok, you either get salad or gravy” I said coleslaw.. then I’d just do a separate transaction .. she walked away and started decorating her Christmas tree. She saw me waiting there with a five in my hand totally ignoring me..so I asked the other lady a few minutes later for gravy and Amanda shook her head. She was pretty rude over some damn gravy . And she did it to a couple after me! Why can’t we just buy the gravy for extra..Foods...

I paid for a box meal and an extra spicy big crunch. When I got home the extra sandwich was missing. When I called the manager kept saying it was in the bag, when I told her "I'm looking at it right now there's no extra sandwich." She just kept said there was 2 sandwiches in my bag. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and checked my truck. It wasn't in there either. As I was trying to get her attention on the phone again to tell her it was never given to me she hung up.
