This place is a disgrace to customer service.

From the second I walked in, I was met with a blank, nasty stare — no greeting, no smile, just pure attitude like I had already done something wrong by showing up. I asked a basic question about sauce, and the woman behind the counter raised her voice at me like she was doing me a favor just by acknowledging me. It was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary.

She had my order ready but didn’t give it to me. I stood there while she blatantly ignored me and continued working on other orders like I was invisible. After making me wait for no reason, she finally shoved the food at me — no bag, no cutlery, no eye contact. Just an awful, dismissive attitude like I wasn’t even worth the bare minimum of respect.

Then I got to my car… and the order was wrong and incomplete. Again. I brought it back — still didn’t ask for a refund — and the look she gave me could’ve curdled milk. It was even nastier than before, like how dare I return a messed-up order?

I told her to keep the food. I wanted nothing from that place at that point — not the food, not the refund, just to never deal with that level of unprofessionalism again. All I wanted was basic respect and what I paid for. What I got was pure rudeness, aggression, and a complete lack of accountability.

If this place shut down tomorrow, it wouldn’t be a loss to anyone. You don’t treat people like this and expect to keep loyal customers....

HAD TO PUMP THE BREAKS ON THIS BUSINESS... I HAVE ORDERED TWICE MORE FROM THEM SINCE AND AM SORRY TO REPORT A SERIOUS DECLINE IN THE QUALITY OF THEIR FOOD. So very disappointed 😞 if I owned that business I would be very worried chewy cold greasy meat next to no parsley HUGE chunks of white onion OLD white onion falafel was dried out to the point of ? Saw dust, what a shame the flavour is there just not the quality old hard dried out wrap more like a tortilla chip but tasteless sad really. I DID have one wonderful lamb wrap there about a month ago what a difference a month makes... I GAVE IT 2 MORE TRYS AND WONT BE BACK 😞This is rare....I can’t remember the last restaurant I actually gave a positive review to and I’m NOT that happy to please. I had the lamb shawarma I ate EVERY BITE the lamb was a little chewy but the flavour more than made up for it. The tomatoes were FRESH not soggy n pulpy like every other restaurant in GP, THE ONIONS WERE FRESH and not great big mucky pieces either. I’ve been in GP for over 2 yrs now and had given up COMPLETELY on eating out. The service was great, informative, polite and genuine. I WILL be back and I will tell everyone I know about this place. Came in on Sunday to treat myself since I haven’t had shawarma and love the food and customer service I’ve had before. But this recent visit makes me not want to come back to this business again. During my visit I was greeted just before I was about to make my order the employee at the register dismissed me almost completely, to help the person behind me… As they say “first come, first serve”, but immediately me and my partner were taken aback by her impoliteness straight away. After that awkward and rude interception she made between us and the person behind us. I go on to order anyways but before I completed my order I forget to add something else, and so I tell her I wanted to add another item to my order and she literally says, “Uughh!, you should have told me before, it makes it difficult for me to fix it on the system”. And after all that I also specifically told them not to add a certain food to my order but they still added it anyways.
