I stopped by the Tim Hortons in downtown location and normally order here on a daily basis for my coffee first thing in the morning before meeting clients and today I had such an amazing experience with ANGIE, that I just had to leave a review AGAIN (even though I did back then where I gave 3 stars because of the inconsistency of the service and my coffee, however today) From the moment I walked in, the place felt welcoming, she immediately served me without waiting for a queue, the store were clean, organized, and with a nice, lively atmosphere (since it was already renovated a year ago, if am not mistaken).
Again, I want to give a special mention to ANGIE, who really stood out with her friendliness and attention to detail. She greeted me with a genuine smile, patiently took my order, suggested something to my order (which to my surprise, never been suggested by anyone every time I walk in to any Tim Hortons) and she made sure everything was prepared just right. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel valued as a customer, and it truly elevated my visit.
For my meal, I ordered the Supreme Stack (out of this world recipe, kudos Tims!), a Chicken Noodle Soup, and an Iced Vanilla Coffee. The Supreme Stack was perfectly layered, hearty, and satisfying, it really hit the spot in my mouth, lol. The Chicken Noodle Soup was warm, comforting, and full of flavor, exactly what I needed to warm up my growling stomach, lol. And the Iced Vanilla Coffee was refreshing, creamy, and balanced, not overly sweet, just smooth and always perfect.
What I really appreciated was how fresh everything tasted and how quickly it was served without compromising quality. Angie even double checked that I had everything I needed before I leave, which shows great customer care.
Overall, this Tim Hortons is a standout location imo. The combination of good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and an excellent customer service made my visit a plus to my books. Big thanks to ANGIE and the rest of the team, I will always now be coming back and recommending this spot to friends and family!...
Read moreDuring my recent visit to the Tim Hortons drive-thru in Grand Prairie, I encountered several disappointing issues that significantly impacted my experience. As someone who has visited many Tim Hortons locations across Canada, I found this particular location to be notably subpar.
The most glaring problem was the food and beverage quality. The food I received was lukewarm, lacking the warmth and freshness I've come to expect from Tim Hortons. This was particularly disappointing as one of the joys of grabbing a quick bite is enjoying it hot and fresh. Equally disheartening was the coffee, which was served cold. Given that Tim Hortons is renowned for its coffee, this was a surprising letdown.
Another major concern was the service at the drive-thru. The staff seemed to be in a rush, handling the transaction with such speed that it felt like the food and drinks were almost thrown at me. This lack of care and attentiveness is not what I've experienced at other Tim Hortons locations and certainly detracted from the overall service quality.
In conclusion, my experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru in Grand Prairie was far from the standard I've experienced elsewhere. The combination of lukewarm food, cold coffee, and hurried service left a negative impression. Based on this experience, I have decided not to revisit this particular location. It's unfortunate, as I've always regarded Tim Hortons highly, but this experience was a letdown. Will not be Back again maybe a different owned...
Read moreTL;DR After hours drive through attendant refuses service to people walking through. No coffee or donuts received. — Since my boyfriend and I got a gift card for timmies over Christmas, we decided to walk to this location last night.
After double checking the front doors (they still had the lights on in their dining room when we got there) we walked around to their drive through.
Since there was a car pulling in, we waited and allowed them to get their order in first and drive ahead before we waited at the microphone ourselves. Since we did not get a response through the microphone, we walked up to the window once they were done serving the car.
The attendant (Younger male, black hair, tall and kinda skinny, description since he refused to tell us his name or show us his name tag) told us that he was not serving anyone. When we pointed out he’d just served the person in front of us, he switched that to he would not serve us, and that they only served vehicles.
Except for the one car we waited for, there was no other drivers waiting. We live close enough to feel that driving our car there is wasteful when the weather is as mild as this winter has been.
After we finish spending our gift card we will be going elsewhere for...
