Wendy's — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

Food is good, service is friendly. The parking lot in this place however is an absolute disaster. The main entrance has a partition to make a separate lane for right turns, but this means people leaving making a left tend to block the entire lane for someone trying to make in incoming left turn. I had to pass by the entrance because someone trying to make a left was blocking the lane. Then coming back the same thing was happening, only I was able to sneak in since I was making a right this time. Then the parking lot itself is a maze of arrows that makes the lanes far to small for normal vehicles, and you have to make an entire lap around the building before you can even enter the drive though. Was the person who designed this parking lot trying to win a freaking modern art award or something? I would be amazed if there weren't constant fender benders...

Cancelled our Uber breakfast order (placed at 10:26, says it ends at 11 on their page) after showing "preparing order" like usual. They had the driver's cancel the orders, I say drivers because I ordered twice not having a clue why the first cancelled and not receiving any call from the store. After waiting again with "Wendys is preparing your order" The second driver let me know when he arrived at 11:03am, that the store had told him breakfast was now over and to cancel the order.

They couldn't have immediately cancelled the order rather than make us and the driver's all wait? Couldn't have picked up the phone like other businesses have to let us know about the issue (though it seems like laziness here, rather than any issue)? My kid was excited for his breakfast, and patiently waiting....

Wendy's has forgotten about their own Slogan it seems, which used to be Fresh beef served "Hot n Juicy"? On this evening had craving for a Dave's single with cheese and extra onions. It was 6.45pm walked to counter girl took my order and my money. I said to her I'm just going to go wash my hands and be right back. When I got back (less than a minute), magically my burger was there Already. So I grab and sat down too Enjoy but NO JOY HERE just pure disappointment as patty was Luke warm at best, the bun was still a bit frozen and the extra onions were major over kill. So the 10 dollar burger only got 2bites then into garbage then I left hungry and angry. THIS SEEMS TO HAPPEN FAR TOO OFTEN!!! When you pay this much FOR YOUR BURGER it BETTER be...
