From the very beginning it was perfection after perfection starting with the best vegetable spring rolls I have ever had, bar none. The humble spring roll is transformed into a delicacy with the variety of fillings, each in perfect proportion, expertly prepared and guaranteed to ensure you will only want these ones from now on. Next, came the pork belly so lucious and tasty that they were exquisite on their own without either of the sauces (mild and spicy) that accompanied them. Every bite was the kind of bliss reserved only for the rich and famous, yet here it was and we were enchanted. The shrimp pad thai was presented with two skewers of perfectly grilled, plump, tasty shrimp topping the pad thai noodles, seasoned expertly so that you get to enjoy the exquisite blend of flavours as well as little bursts of delight from minced garlic, lemongrass and cilantro. This is how pad thai is properly done without any need to drown such delicate noodles in overpowering sauces because the delicate flavours are rich and beautiful on their own. But just when we thought it couldn't get any better, the lemongrass chicken fillet arrived along with the sweet and sour pork. Delightful both and expertly prepared, we were all impressed with how the chef balances his dishes with expertly paired sauces, all freshly made in house. A complimentary dish of chicken wings (a limited time special) was served, and it was outstanding - the wings were perfectly cooked, dressed in a tangy sauce, and garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
The ribs were a delight, succulent and falling off the bone, bursting with rich flavors. The side of potato chips was exceptionally crispy, well-seasoned, and served with a savory dipping sauce.
Their rendition of Vietnamese pork vermicelli outshines others I've tasted, featuring an great balance of crispy spring roll, grilled pork, springy vermicelli, crunchy vegetables, and a tasty fish sauce. However, the spring roll filling could benefit from a touch more seasoning.

Fool's Kitchen is a true gem, and after my recent visit, it's safe to say that this Asian fusion restaurant has quickly earned a permanent spot on my dining rotation. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance sets the perfect tone for what promises to be an unforgettable meal.
We kicked off the experience with some stellar appetizers: the shrimp and chive dumplings were delicate and perfectly steamed, with a burst of flavor in every bite. The deep-fried dumplings?
