Sushi Nori — Restaurant in Greater Napanee

Been before, will be again. I've had orders wrong, they tasted fine wasn't worth going back to get the right rolls. The gentleman is always friendly with us and has treated us to some extra treats.

Ignore the bad reviews, it's a small shop, in a small town, he can't keep a large menu with 20 different fish options, when the dishes depend on fresh perishable ingredients.

I've been coming here pretty much since they've opened and I've never been disappointed! I'm always impressed with how great the food is, always. I normally ask for my sushi to be fried and it's always amazing! The service is always good, the owner is always smiling and very friendly with customers, there was a girl working there once who was also very friendly and would chat with you while you wait. As for the people commenting on the wait times and the selection, you have to understand that it is a small business with a small kitchen and normally only one person working, can't expect them to be super humans and serve a full line of people in under 15 minutes now. Unfriendly service ever.

My friend recommended the place but it was my friend's first mistake, I hate to say. The food was mediocre. My mother liked the interior so she took some pictures and was told no pictures as it was registered in a museum. The lady served us as we were getting a free meal or something. Let's say if it was a free meal, the service shouldn't be unfriendly. The service needs to be courteous. The attitude towards customer needs to be consistent no matter what background they are from. We saw the lady who served us was laughing, chatting and being nice to a caucasian lady customer. We felt so angry....
