Very disappointing. Ordered online, soup, Caramel Toffee Cold Brew, and a donut. Went through drive-thru, there was only 1 car in front of me, waited over 5 minutes, until my turn, then waited another 10 minutes to get my food. There were at least 5 people working, so don't know what the hold up was. Got the soup, had to remind them about the donut. Then I finally get my specialty cold brew, and it's missing the Espresso foam...the picture clearly shows that it's included. The girl (teenager) at the window, told me it's another $1 for the foam. I wasn't going to pay another $1 for a coffee that was already costing me over $5, so I said just give it to me as is. I left,,, But, I decided, I should get what I paid for, for Principle's sake!! So, went online, checked the ingredients, and the picture, and the description clearly stated that the Espresso foam is included. Went back, and told them I would like to get my coffee made properly, and have them add the foam. The same girl kept telling me that I had to pay more, she was very combative! She said that it was $5.07 with the foam, and I only paid $4.49. Well guess what dearie, $4.49 plus tax is $5.07!! I wasn't about to let this entitled little you know what get her way, when she was so blatantly WRONG, so I persisted. She threw a fit, and walked away, and proceeded to mock me, and whine with her fellow co-workers. Fortunately, I'm assuming the only adult in the place, came to the window. I showed her the picture, and how much I paid, she was still a little hesitant, but conceded that I was right. She offered to make me a new one. Initially, I was just expecting them to add the foam to my drink, but because of this ridiculous ordeal I had to go through, just to get my correct order, I told her to make me a new one. The point of this post, is to call out employees who are not doing their job properly. I don't appreciate having to fight with an employee when I know I'm right. Again, it was for Principle's sake, that I bothered to go back and get my order corrected. What ever happened to the customer is always right? and I was 100% right. Just poor customer service. Learn your job, so others don't have to go through this...

Now I ain’t no fancy city slicker, but lemme tell y’all right now—Timmy’s on the main drag in Napanee got themselves a straight-up diamond dipped in maple syrup, and her name is Colleen B. Lord have mercy, if hospitality was an Olympic sport, this gal'd be wearin' gold medals on both ears.
I done strolled in there lookin’ like I just lost a fight with a wood chipper and smelt like I slept in a tackle box. Didn’t matter—Colleen greeted me like I was the Prime Minister ridin' a moose. She hit me with a smile so warm I nearly cried into my farmer’s wrap.
That gal moves faster than a squirrel on espresso. She had my coffee brewed, bagel toasted, and my dignity halfway restored before I could say "double bacon." I swear on my Uncle Randy’s good Crocs, she sprinkled kindness in my steeped tea. My muffin was moist, my soul was healed, and I even tipped my camo hat in respect.
She don’t just serve coffee—she serves hope, wrapped in a napkin and passed across the counter with a wink that’d make a lumberjack blush. I watched her juggle five orders, a busted debit machine, and a cryin' toddler like she was hostin’ the dang Tim Hortons Hunger Games—and she WON.
If Colleen ever quits, we riot. I'm talkin’ full-on pitchforks and picket signs, folks. She’s the backbone of that Timmy’s, and possibly all of Napanee. I don’t care what the Pope says, this woman’s a saint in a visor.
Bless her, bless this Tim’s, and bless that beautiful double-double magic she brews. Colleen B,...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. Came in because I had the wrong order, asked that it was fixed, (the person drinking the drink is allergic to coffee; the drink was supposed to be tea) but also ordered 2 additional drinks. The one that was wrong to begin with was WRONG again (given coffee for the 2nd time), the other two were also not correct, were not what I asked for. When I called the store their reaction was, come back and we will make it right; this was my 2nd time trying to get a simple drink correct, yet they still cannot make it properly. I understand they are in a hurry, that they have times in drive-thru they need to meet, but when customer service is so poor and their product is so terrible, you would think they owners and managers would re-asses the methods they are following. Will NOT be returning. Will be suggesting to all people I know, not to go to this Tim Hortons and will be logging a formal complaint with...
