Pizza Pazzaz — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Let me begin by saying that this review is for the valley location only; I've never been to the other location. I have always loved Pizza Pazzazz and I am a longtime customer. My friend's parents used to own the valley location, and I've been a supporter of this business ever since. So it pains me to leave a negative review. However ... my order is, more often than not, wrong. Every time I order my pizza with peppers, they put onions instead of peppers. Every time! This has happened 5 times now and I can't express how frustrating it is. Also, as another person has mentioned, the slices aren't cut all the way through, so your pizza more often than not ends up a broken mess trying to take apart the slices. I've learned now that I need to just cut it myself, but really, the customers shouldn't have to. As well, we often order pizzas with some toppings only on half. It's clear that they just throw the toppings on without paying much attention, because usually they're on more like 3/4 of the pizza than only half. If you have fussy eaters in your family (a.k.a. kids), it's pretty frustrating to have to pick off all the toppings that shouldn't be on that side of the pizza in the first place. I will say that the pizza is very tasty and the prices are good. Unfortunately, we've had more negative ordering experiences than positive...

I usually very careful when ordering outside of the franchise pizza places. I took a chance on this place cause I’ve heard so many great things. I am extremely disappointed with this place for a couple of reasons.

When I called & asked to place an order for pickup, the gentlemen was simply rude with replies that almost made me hang up the phone, but I still wanted to give this place a chance.

The pizza was straight up dough, undercooked & disgusting. It may have been good if it was cooked properly but it was not. Same for the garlic bread & now I’m worried I also ate undercooked chicken wings.

Immediately when I noticed the problems with my 55$+ order, I called to try and get things corrected. I called 6 times & no one answered the phone even though I’m calling at 10pm on a Friday & they’re open till midnight. I decided after the sixth time I’d just leave a voicemail to request to speak with someone to correct the issue. However, the voicemail box is full!

Needless to say I am hungry, upset & extremely disappointed with this place & will no longer order from here.

We ordered from this place around 7:30pm on Oct 10 , and actually double checked our location with them to make sure they delivered. They let us know that delivery would be an hour and a half or an hour and 45 minutes. That was fine with us. An hour and a half later they called us to tell us that they could not deliver to us, and that they had a closer store we should call. What?! An hour and a half later?! We had already double checked our location with them, and it was only a 16 minute drive! Not only that, but staff was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. This was clearly their error, and we were not far anyway. We waited over an hour and a half for our food before being told they wouldn't deliver. Any hopes for having supper were ruined Avoid the hassle of this place. I would give zero stars to this place if I could. Absolutely gross...
