Pita Pit — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Waited about 10 minutes to place my order the girl was rude who did finally take my order which was a kid pita after which she informed me I was not allowed to have a kids pita as I was not a kids I said I was fine paying the different as I only wanted a kids pita for the portion in which then there was a 12$ different again for the same size pitta which is wild to me also the pervious guests and myself both asked for the new lettuce which was prep as the lettuce in the table was brown and near the end of the container which she huffed and puffed about and the prep table was covered in a mix of sauces cheese and most conintainers they did have were mixed with other things from the table the grill looked not to have been cleaned in a long time she was the only person there which I would have understood if that was the reason for the wait and slower service but that dosent excuse the poor attitude misinformation and the lack of cleanliness and overall bad experience their prices also seem to increase ever other week with the menu board having out dated price or price stickers peeling if showing the previous price which is...

Chelmsford location has a super rude young man who thinks it's OK to be rude and aggressive to customers. Spoke with the owner on the phone from the restaurant and then the young man came to our table to offer an apology that was anything but genuine. This guy mocked his customers, backtalked, got snippy when asked to make a pita using one that wasn't Swiss cheese, grabbed napkins and offered them scrunched up, scoffing when he was called out for it saying he had gloves on... then after taking a stance like he wanted to fight, made faces at us like we were problems to him, then he went on to be rude to the next few clients who also called him out for it. If this guy still works there I will walk out. I'm sure he is a problem to the young woman he works with. The owner said he was going to fire him. If I go there and see him there I will never go to another pita pit anywhere ever. The girlfriend and I enjoy pita pit often and this was the worst experience ever at...

Food was great. Service not so much. The poor guy was working solo at 6pm on a Saturday. There were about 4 people ahead of me and 3 behind. It took roughly 20+ mins for my order (4 pitas). When another customer asked the guy why he was alone tonight he mentioned that they always work alone and that he had been alone since noon. Definitely not the way to run a business! Customers shouldn't have to suffer because of cheap business owners. I've never been to a Pita Pit location where there was only 1 person working at a peak time.
