So dissapointed with our sandwiches today. For the price you're paying, I would expect them to be made better. Subways sandwiches are better quality. We got the chicken pesto and feta sandwiches, which I've gotten in the past and it was delicious (so I was really looking forward to eating here), however today was not the case 🤢 The bread was stale and crumbling, they made the sandwiches on a surface that was clearly soaked with who knows what because the bottom layer of the bread was soggy from the prep surface. There was lettuce on our sandwiches (which is not one of the listed ingredients), hardly any onions or peppers and the sandwich wasn't heated, it was cold. Any time I've gotten this sandwich, it was always heated. It's such a shame that the menu items are delicious but the quality of the food they make is not work overpriced food. Won't be coming...

I eat there often and although I really enjoy their food, i do not enjoy the service as the people who serve me are always miserable, they never smile and they seem very harsh with their customers. I have worked in the customer service for a long time and this is not good customer service. I understand being busy, but smiling and being pleasant to your customers is not difficult to do. Remember that word of mouth is very powerful, and I will definitely be sharing my last 3 experiences at cultures with people. At this point, i will have to find a new place to enjoy...

This place is so not what it used to be when a local owner used to own it. It's now taken over by the unfriendly staff and owners. Staff are so rude and short, except one woman that has been there for years. There is never much of a selection of salads, they are always out of everything and food is unbelievably over priced. I noticed they often close 15- 20 minutes before the mall actually closes and staff go hide in the back so customers don't get served. I am surprised this place is still open. Sad really. Wonder if the franchise actually reads...
