Mr. Souvlaki — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

If there was a 0 star rating I would definitely use it. My sister was just here and was served a horrible excuse of “Greek salad”, first of all it looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu AND it also didn’t have the correct ingredients for a Greek salad. Brought this “salad” back for full refund and the guy working there (didn’t get his name) refused then offered 50% back. He then argued against until we said we’d be leaving a bad review on his behalf. Eventually he gave us our money back in cash however. BUT when we were deciding on other places to eat, the guy working at Mr. Soulvaki walked over to Cultures and was talking to the other workers there and pointing in our direction. When my sisters boyfriend went to order from Cultures he asked about that and the workers there said “we can’t give you that information” but when he went to this restaurant the guy that was working said “I never said anything”. Typically food and service is decent but I dont know why a company would want you to sign up for souv rewards card almost 2 years ago and not know how the card or points system works. I was very disappointed when I got an email for a free pita wrap for my birthday and went to redeem and the girl looks at me like I have 10 heads. Then she tells her coworker and the coworker also looks at me and was like our manager just left. She called him and I dont know what was said but she was like we dont take that promotion. The email is from YOUR company so this is either a major training issue or if the rewards program is no longer take down all graphics or anything talking about it but I signed up for this points system card with YOUR store and recieved that email ... the wrap was less than 10 bucks and not even a happy Birthday or a sorry .... so maybe staff training on compassion or proper ettiquette with people or on your...

This place is a RIP OFF- not sure who is Posting reviews here but my experience was not at all satisfying. I ordered a Gyro plate and calamari. Gyro was so-so but the biggest rip off and disappointment is their calamari. First off they have this under “shareables”. On the picture off their menu, it looks decent for $7.45plus tax. When I got my order, it was disappointing and disgusting. For the price, a total of 7pcs. I asked why it so different, I was told the picture are smaller and what I got are bigger- complete BS! You be the judge but WOW!!!
