A&W Canada — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

I mostly order Apple pie turover with freshly baked and i always willing to wait since it takes 7mins which is fine and the elder lady cashier make it happen. But on my visit last sunday Sept 7, around 3:05pm. The Young white cashier lady who was there and i prder the same. i saw her talking to the kitchen . i assume she mention what i requested. i have been waiting for 10mins and when i ask her how long it will take and she’d answer me she doesnt know which is unbelievable. after few minutes my apple pie ready and i took it and left and when i check it the apple pie its not even hot from outside. So they let me waited for long just to pretend they make me new one. I know exactly the taste and the temparature if the food is newly baked and not. Ashame to the cashier young lady who work there. You dont even know how to do your job, and i clearly see on her face when i requested for freshly bake apple pie that she is not happy and having a fake smile at me. insisting that the food in their tray...

I wait in line with my daughter 2-3 minutes. Ordered just a kid's burger combo, no cheese. Wait 5 mins. Everyone else is come and gone. Cashier re-asks what we ordered, I again tell her, she asks if I'd like cheese, I say no. 2-3 mins later she serves the fries and burger. It has cheese... I tell her my daughter can't have milk or cheese, so she hands it to the back, where I can see the cook open the burger, peel off the cheese, and pack it back up, then she brings it back to me. I point out to her that that is not good enough, and again remind her that my daughter can't have cheese. To her credit, she did not complain as she reordered a fresh kid's burger, but they have to be more aware that sometimes the customers are making choices that are driven by more than flavor choices. The food itself is average burger fare. Too bad my food (ordered at another kiosk) got cold in the 15 minutes it took to get through the A&W ordering and...

Went for breakfast, and was met with attitude almost immediately. The staff member rolled her eyes when I decided to change what I was having, was not happy that I wanted a soft drink instead of the coffee (because it meant pouring it into a mug) and suggested I "sit down, we will let you know when its ready".
