Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

My first and last Taco Bell. Incredibly bland, flavourless food. Half of the food is either crunchy flour shell when it doesn’t need to be, or overly processed beef and cheese that looks like the aftermath of my toilet visit after eating this ‘food’

I felt quite unwell within an 5 hour period of eating this food. The man taking the order seemed like him serving you was you hitting his mother or something. He just looked angry and upset to be there.

The prep stations were a mess, cheese, meat, lettuce everywhere. Equipment looks uncleaned and un-sanitised.

Seems they prioritise delivery orders over eat in orders also as was stood for nearly 20 minutes...

I love Taco Bell for two main reasons for the food although everyone knows what happens after you eat Taco Bell but its a risk we all take but also the customer service was fantastic specifically Gagan the lady who made our food and Rahul who provided an option for my diabetic father which was lovely I would like go give those workers specifically recognition and appreciation. I appreciate that Taco Bell provided a friendly service also good workers who are pleasant to speak to and understand specific diet...

I arrived at 10:56am and asked if they were open. The girl behind the counter replied "11:00". I stood there waiting and finally went back up to the counter at 11:05am and asked if they were open yet. The girl replied yes and then disappeared into the back.
