Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

I'm currently in the hospital at Health Sciences North, Sudbury, Ontario. Last week I tried one of their pulled pork sandwiches and loved it so the next day I go to buy another one at around 7pm and they said they were out of them. I'm pretty sure they're open until 9pm so I can see they may run out early. So the following day I try buying one at 4pm and they didn't have any available. The next day I bought one at about 4:30pm. I went the next day and today at noon and both days they were unavailable again. The hospital food isn't the greatest so that's why I try so often to purchase the sandwich but why offer it on your daily menu of you can only buy it 2 days out of 6? There's usually a fair size lineup to wait in and many times it'll take 15 minutes to get to place your order. It'd be helpful if a main advertised special is not available to put up a note or sign so customer's don't lineup for a sandwich that's...

I always have too check on my orders to make sure the staff got my order right just because i always tend to get my sandwich not the way i asked for ( just because i now get charged for extra sauce. Staff always cheap on ingredients, always dry ) And make sure to check your receipts! My mom who was in the hospital for a couple of months said that she kept getting overcharged at the Tim Hortons, in The hospital in Sudbury. She always said it Was a daily occurrence of getting overcharged. She was very concerned for the other elderly people throughout the hospital that are getting overcharged and ripped off. So please check your receipts, And always check your orders before you leave this Tim Hortons And would be nice if you guys could also hire local Canadians too instead of having just the one ethnicity...

I work at HSN and I just had the WORST most infuriating experience. I ordered food and headed to the mobile pickup window. I could see my food sitting there so I patiently waited for one of the 6 employees to notice and ask about food as they usually do. After being ignored I asked one about my food and I got a "ya ya" and she walked away joking and laughing with the other employees. I waiting another couple minutes while everyone ignored me so I asked the man in front prepping tea about it and he ignored me while facing me completely.
