We haven't ordered from KFC for quite some time because the last time we had a terrible dinner and waited for hours. We decided to give them another chance, but I'm sorry to say that once again we were dissatisfied with the food and the delivery service. It took over 2 hrs to receive the delivery and when I called the store nobody answered. I called the 1-800 number and asked where my order was but they have no idea where or what happened to it and all they can do is try to contact the store and of course with the same result I had. My complaint was taken and I continued to wait. After 2 hrs I called the number on my receipt because you have to pay for the order before it's received, thank goodness for them because I'm sure that alot of people would just cancel there orders. Once again I am explaining that I have been trying to get information on my order because it has been 2 hrs, she explains that the store must be busy and would I like to cancel my order. It's only going to be 3 to 5 days for my money to go back into my account and of course I say no to this so I continued to wait. I finally got my order and was totally disappointed with the food. The chicken was dry and the pieces were so small that there was hardly any meat. The fries were cold and not crispy at all 😜 I received a email from KFC apologizing for the poor service. They also gave me a free popcorn chicken!! Seriously!! I would have to pay the taxes and delivery fee for the small popcorn chicken. I was so insulted by this attempt to rectify such poor service. I called the store and was assured that it would be delivered immediately...it never showed up. :( (kids ate K-D with their KFC)...TY Kraft! Tuesday I called to speak to a manager and was questioned of my reason for calling by an employee.
