Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

My sister-in-law bought Crossant and Capachino yesterday around noon. A young boy served her. When she brought it to us in the Food Court, Crossant was cold and Capachino had no sugar in it. We went and asked him to heat up Crossant, he just went to corner and brought it back. He gave one sugar. He didn't heat up Crossant, and was very rude, saying next time you better ask these things at the time of order. How would we know that he would give cold Crossant? Horrible service. Asked the staff if we could just get a warm cup of water to warm up our newborns feed and they said we had to wait in line and pay for it.
