I literally had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. First off, part of the issue WAS my fault, but the way it was handled by the staff was outrageous. I ordered a big crunch combo. Of course, I was supposed to say box meal. When the order was repeated to me I was having trouble understanding the employee. I heard him say crunch though, so I thought it was good. My fault for not being absolutely sure what was said to me. Turns out, I was given a combo #1 from the taco bell portion of this location with crunchy tacos. I left with my order not paying attention to what I had. Again my fault. When I realized I had tacos I went back to the employee to get it sorted out. He immediately came at me saying repeated the order to me, and I got what I ordered. I said I ordered a big crunch. He again snapped that he repeated the order to me, and that I confirmed it. I simply said it's hard to understand with the noise in there and his accent. I honestly think he knew exactly what he did and was looking for a fight. Realizing this was going nowhere, and just wanting my order corrected, I asked him if I could please just get the big crunch combo and let me pay the difference between the 2 orders. He started at me about how he repeated my order to me. I was getting incredibly frustrated with this person. 3 or 4 times I asked him to correct the order and I'd pay the difference. This was clearly a case of 2 people not understanding each other, but this worker did nothing to try help the situation. What I can say is, I'll never visit this place again. Reading the reviews of this place is very unfortunate. There are plenty of options at this gateway stop, I highly recommend to everyone, do yourself a favor and stay away from this kfc/taco...
Read moreI came in on Friday night, and PARMINDER MANN took my order. I asked for 6 pieces of chicken +2 sides. Parminder told me we don't have thighs kitchen closed 2 mins ago and only have tenders. I understood and asked for 6 tenders +2 sides..... Parminder said again that I don't have thighs. I believe she thought I said thighs instead of "sides." So I talked slower and Louder so she could understand what I was ordering. Finally, when she figured it out, she asked me which sides I wanted. I asked corn and macaroni salad. I was told again that the kitchen is closed and the corn isn't available. So I asked Parminder what is available when the kitchen is closed. Finally, when I got my order done, Parminder told me I should be happy that she is taking my order. I'm sorry. I think the supervisor or manager should be happy that she is taking my order because or else they would have to hire someone else.
I believe their lack of customer service training is done at this location. Parminder Mann was very unfit for this position and needs more attention and training for sure. I believe kfc would love each and every sale/order they got at...
Read moreI want to preface this by saying we used to love KFC growing up, and up to about a year or two ago. Something has changed. The employees are disorganized, nobody seems to be in charge, it doesn’t matter if you order ahead or not, and it’s an absolute crapshoot as to whether you’ll actually get what you paid for. Also, useless employees playing on phones, touching their faces and hair, then touching food.
Tonight I ordered a 14 piece with four sides. There’s no way to actually tell if I got 14 pieces because several have fallen apart somehow. It’s also a greasy pile of goo at the bottom. To top it off I only got three sides (missing coleslaw).
With our economy the way it is and every dollar needing to be stretched as it is, this is pathetic.
Update. We threw out at least half of this bucket. Kids and wife totally disappointed. Absolutely disgusting mush. KFC is about to go out of business with garbage like this.
