Always swearing and being rude to customers especially when I came in and was about to pay there was a woman in front of me presumably from India who couldn't speak English very well and had a hard time telling them played which items she had and she just kept grilling her about which ones they were huffing and puffing at her and ended up saying very rude remarks...

Well used, well stocked. Staff know the products and are friendly. They're always at work on something, no standing around. Lots of inventory turn over, new products.
