I am so happy to have an amazing dessert café nearby now! D Spot Desserts Café is definitely worth the hype! From their countless menu options, to their friendly staff, this is a café that I will keep on revisiting! We ordered some good-looking desserts that didn't take a lot of time to arrive, and were very yummy! The waffles were perfectly warm and tasty, the red velvet cheesecake was tender and scrumptious, and the two twisted tornadoes we ordered (but forgot to take photos of) were much better than expected! Not to mention the clean plates, tables, cutlery, seats, bathrooms, and overall restaurant. The ambience is trendy and fun and the service is very sweet. Lastly, the prices are pretty reasonable. At the end of the day, D Spot Dessert Café certainly lives up to its name!

So glad this place came across my IG page. We drove to the Guelph location from Cambridge with the kids to check it out. WOW! The service was amazing and the store was so clean. The owner was such a joy to meet and was patient and informative as he took our order (the menu does not miss a beat - so hard to choose). We finally decided on a birthday cake tornado, classic strawberry funnel cake and a strawberry delight and fudge & caramel concoction funnel fries - SO GOOD! This has to be the best dessert spot yet. The portions are large so great to share your choices. Thankful we asked for them "To-GO". Everything was fresh and refreshing. We definitely left feeling full and satisfied. Well worth the short drive and we will definitely be back for more. Thank you D-Spot!

D Spot is clean, bright, with seating for about 16 people. I was craving croffles so we got the dark chocolate pistachio croffles which normally comes with vanilla ice cream. The staff kindly obliged my request for the Nutella hazelnut flavour instead. The order was prepared quickly and came with two croffles. The croffles were crispy and buttery. The dark chocolate was not too sweet, and pistachio pieces complimented the dark chocolate and added a nice crunch. The chocolate hazelnut ice cream provided a perfect chocolatey, nutty accompaniment to the croffles. There are so many options for cakes, ice cream, crepes, waffles, shakes, and tornadoes (like DQ blizzards) at D Spot. I definitely recommend coming here if you have a sweet tooth!

This is hands down my favourite sweets spot in Guelph now (sorry chocolat favoris!). I ordered a crepe with cookie dough, strawberry, banana, and nutella. It was absolutely delicious! Fruit were fresh and juicy, and the cookie dough was actually soft dough, not just dried up cookie lumps. I had to wait about ten minutes since they make it fresh, but there's plenty to look at in the store, including the little photo-op umbrella at the back! I also got a milkshake, but I drank it all before I remembered to take a picture... It was really rich and the chocolate flavour was genuine for sure! Next time I come back, I'd like to try their italian sodas and ice cream. You can't miss this place if you have a sweet tooth!

Ever since we found out there’s D spot in Guelph we have been wanting to go so we decided to go for my birthday and weren’t disappointed. Although dine in space is limited due to Covid restrictions but luckily we got a spot soon after we got there. The vibe of the place is very hip and the service is great! Despite being busy they brought out the dessert very fast. All the desserts look so good it’s hard to pick what you want but we loved what we got. One of the owners Abdul is only 24 but has a very warm personality and was fun to talk to and kind enough to take our pix. Would definitely recommend this place and are glad finally we don’t have to go out of town for dessert!

I am so happy DSpot finally opened in Guelph! This epic dessert spot has everything for your sweet tooth. I am obsessed with their selection of desserts especially the ones featuring biscoff cookies. Second to that the tiramisu and carrot cake is my favourite. I love love love that they are open late! The customer service is 10/10. I have even ordered their desserts by SkipTheDishes and my order was perfectly made. I am just eagerly waiting for them to add tea to their menu. DSpot has brought fun and delicious to Guelph.
