Harvey's — Restaurant in Guelph

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came through the drive-thru around 10 PM, and the girl at the window — Kamal — was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. From the moment she took my order, her tone was full of attitude, like she didn’t care one bit. Then when I got to the window, she laughed at me. Yes, laughed. Who does that to a customer?

And the most shocking part? She’s a supervisor. If that’s how a supervisor behaves, it speaks volumes about how poorly managed this place is. Kamal had zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero basic customer service skills. Her entire attitude was disgusting — arrogant, rude, and straight-up nasty. She clearly thinks she’s above everyone else.

I’ve been to this Harvey’s location many times and the rest of the staff have always been polite and helpful. But Kamal? Absolute worst. I wouldn’t expect this kind of behavior even from a new trainee, let alone someone in a leadership role.

After this experience, I’m done with this location. I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it too. If Harvey’s cares even a little about customer service, they need to take a serious look at who they’re putting in charge. Kamal should not be representing your...

The worse attitude ever. First time trying this location and last. Got there after a movie with friends at 9:50 I honestly didn’t know their hours.

Which in my opinion, happens, and in that case NORMAL PEOPLE or staff that ACTUALLY KNOWS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE tells you at least “hey we closing in 5 minutes” “or hey guys, sorry but we are closed”.

This RUDE girl comes to us saying “Are you all done eating? Cuz we closed 20 minutes ago” we all shocked reply “oh sorry, we didn’t know” and start getting our things to leave, which she replies with “yeah wherever, bye” with the worse attitude ever!!! As a person that has work In fast food service!!!! I’m surprised this girls still has a job there.

This is the BIGGEST and MASSIVE chicken wrap I ever had from Harvey's. I would like to thank Mr. Marc and Jashan for making my order lovely, extravagant, delicious and VERY NEAT. Their service is very good. And it seems... I would like to recommend them both, (Marc and Jashan) that this 2 can be surprising if they get promoted to the top someday not only with their performance but also with their integrity and service to their customers like me.
