Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Guelph

After trying to place an order online, which failed repeatedly, I called the store to place the order. Simple enough, read back to confirm, then I arrive to pick up the 2 pizzas, arrive home only yo discover that NEITHER pizza was correct. Lesson learned! Never leave this place without confirming ALL TOPPINGS are included, to the extent ordered (doubles as ordered) because once you leave, there's no recourse. Tried calling back, but they disagreed. Where's the bacon? Where's the mushrooms? Where's the onions? Where's the double green olives? Hmmm...

Unless they respond and agree to replace the order after reading this missive, neither I nor the many friends who live in Guelph, will ever order from this location again!

Maybe I was misinterpretating the 50% off coupon... pay for the pizza with 50% of the toppings included?

Stand up! Take responsibility for the sub par toppings. That's all anyone wants when an order gets...

There are so many problems since this first went up. In winter minutes before closing they wouldn't open the door (they knew he had left work early to catch them). Twice since there was no change on delivery. Today they basically called me dishonest and demanded my debit card info up front (I pay cash) because of the January order showing as abandoned in their system. This is now the third time I was left hungry when I had planned to have a pizza from this place. Don't use these guys. It's good pizza if you get one.

Teja came with change today and with apologies and a staff correction this is not likely to happen again. Thanks Teja! Pizza is good, delivery is fast BUT the driver told us to get our change at the store. Hubby travelled there in his day off and was told nope - don't know what you are talking about. Our order is marked cash and you keep ALL the change??!! An eight dollar pizza from twenty equals too...

This Papa johns has really gone down hill unfortunately. I remember ordering here when it first opened and it was great.

I've only ordered here for family combos recently, 2+ pizzas per order - my points were expiring so I needed to use them. I never actually took a picture sadly (My fault).

With my last 3 orders it's been absolutely terrible. Dry, no flavor, scarce toppings, and a thick crust at the end.

I tried one more time by myself. I ordered a 3topping with extra sauce. It came out the same as my previous orders but on top of that the center was also not cook thoroughly. Upon calling back, the manager told me that's the way it comes out because I ordered extra sauce. As an avid pizza eater, that is wrong my good sir.
