Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Guelph

Never go here. poisoned me 3 times. i vomited 3 hours straight from it last night/ The owner runs this place pinching his pennies, he has little staff, he cook and delivers, and DOESNT WASH! They are often out of many menu items, he keeps poor inventory. Pepperoni Slices are rarely available, and if there are they are old and dry. the slice selection is terrible, I have many photos of near empty racks. he doesn't really support the Franchise specials, gets mad when you order them, and becomes irate when you want to pay by debit card. Can someone tell me if the Unico Pasta sauce is what Pizza Pizza uses? I see those cans of pasta sauce in No Frills up the road. He attempts to make his own in store specials printed out on 8x11 paper and wants you to buy that instead. The washrooms are so nasty, Ewwww his attitude, and store management skills are lacking greatly. head office is just as responsible for letting this to happen. Head Office, and the District manager need to do a serious investigation, along with undercover shoppers, you will be in AWE trust me, I am in disbelief myself. I am contacting Dufferin Wellington Public Health about my poisoning yesterday. this really sucks! Edit: I have sent an email to the address as directed by the response to my review only to be ignored for an additional 2 weeks. I stand by this review. And i would not recommend giving pizza pizza any business as the customer service is non existent.

Made an order july 16th at 12:15 am. Called at 1:15 to see what the status was. Was told the driver was new and my pizza should be on its way but it was still going to be some time and the order would be free. I never received my order or a call from pizza pizza about anything else. I call after waking up and i am told that the person sat outside, didnt call like the delivery instructions said, but expected me to magically appear at their car, and pizza pizza now will not do anything for me. I would say dont order from pizza pizza in guelph, but they are all run by the same call centre, so i wouldnt advise ordering pizza pizza at all. No customer service. It is a joke. I did not receive dinner after a long day of work, or the free order promised. I remember part of the reason i hate pizza pizza, the other is bad food. I will eat dirt and starve before ordering...

This is a delivery review, I don't go into the store so I don't know if it's different...

Sometimes the food I order is amazing, gets here in less than half an hour, and tastes awesome.

Other times it tastes as though the ingredients they use on the pizzas are spoiled and just a few bites almost makes you sick, the chicken wings are mostly this fatty, revolting mush, and the bones are almost always broken. Not to mention they are always forgetting something from the order (usually dipping sauce, not putting the sauce on the wings etc)

But it's days like today that really irritate me. Yes I understand that every place has their busy times, but I am not too impressed that 1) my food took an hour to get here, 2) all of it (panzerotti, onion rings, and the Mac and cheese pasta) was cold, 3) my pasta wasn't fully cooked, the bits that were, were burnt, the rest was still raw.
