Ookay, so one of my work friends has literally been hyping up the drinks from this company for over a year now. As such, I finally decided to take the plunge, and order some to see for myself what the hype was all about.
I will be transparent and say that I love a good deal, so because I saw they offer free shipping in Ontario for orders over $99, I went ahead, and ordered two of their "All About Aperatifs" mixed packs. This pack includes 3 bottles total: 2 vermouths (750mL), and 1 strawberry/mint aperitif (750mL)
Each pack comes with the following three bottles: • No Stone Unturned: Floral and tropical, use it in a white negroni or a gin martini with a splash of St Germaine. It's also perfect on it's own, neat but chilled well. 18% ABV, 750mL • Smoke and Mirrors (pictured): It's perfect in a Boulevardier, but we love it in an Aperol Spritz with Mithras instead of soda. 17% ABV, 750mL • Best of Both Worlds: It's the perfect digestif, served after dinner, neat. If you prefer making cocktails, blend 1.5 oz with 0.5 oz Amaro Montenegro and garnish with a lemon wedge. It's like an Adonis, but juicier. 17% ABV, 750mL
Now, I won't lie to you - I typically am not a person who tolerates sour flavors well but the Smoke and Mirrors drink really started to grow on me after a few sips! Mind you, I did head my friend's warning, and dropped in a couple of ice cubes, but dang, it goes down SO easily.
Not to mention, who doesn't love a good deal on alcohol 🤭 I'll update this review as I work my way through the the other two drinks, but thus far, very promising....

Alanna, our bartender, was an absolute cocktail wizard—her drinks were a hit and she brought such great energy to the evening. Emma was incredible to work with throughout the planning process and went above and beyond to make sure the event ran smoothly on the day of.
The food, drinks, and service were all outstanding—our guests had an amazing time! The atmosphere was vibrant and cozy, the perfect setting for a celebration. If you’re thinking about hosting a private event here, I can’t recommend it enough. We’re already planning to come back this summer for more food and drinks....

The cider wine i bought at collective arts was so amazing I travelled 3 hours to this brewery to taste their finest and take some home. Sadly I was met at the door with a sign that read "Closed for a private party".
This left me feeling slight doubt as there was no warning on their website they were closed. So I gave them a call. Several times the phone rang but to no avail I had an answer. Feeling saddened I departed never to return.
P.S. 2 stars because the delicious flavour that I had once tasted quickly faded from 5 stars experiencing this. The memory...
