I wish I could give a 0 stars rating for the COMPANY itself and not the Store, but there is no option for that. I ordered Pizza Pizza at 4:19PM and the delivery driver arrived at 5:34 PM. I totally REGRET giving Tip NOT knowing how bad the service with Pizza Pizza is. I called PizzaPizza Customer Service Phone Line 3 times after knowing the Online Website Delivery Update is not preparing the order and it was already 4:45 PM. The first customer representative said that (Store 620 - Stone Road) tried calling us but there was no CALL at all! They are lying OR the call signal was bad. We had to convince him that he has to call and investigate the situation. He said they were preparing it and it will be on the way before 5:10PM. BY THE WAY THIS STORE IS ONLY 2 MINS AWAY FROM ME.
The time was 5:09 PM and no one called or arrived at the lobby. I believe that they have a 50-min Time Guarantee policy. The weather is fine and the store is just 2 minutes away. I wouldn't also trust the website order status update either, hence why I kept calling Customer Service.
To my surprise after waiting whilst listening to depressing orchestra music I was hanged up on 2 times with 2 different Customer Service Representatives. The last call was with a lady who said that she would call and see what is happening because it is taking them a while to deliver (Time: 5:15PM) We also inquired about having a free Meal Delivery because of the struggle of knowing the order status because of poor technical website management and no phone call from the store itself. She said bluntly that "NO THIS ORDER IS NOT FREE YOU HAVE TO PAY FULL AND THE ORDER IS STILL VALID FOR 3 HOURS. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE FRESHNESS YOU CAN CALL US BACK ABOUT IT, BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FULL. OK? BYE!"
I was astonished by her version of "Polite Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" attitude. PizzaPizza Company is the WORST and their Crust Bread Regular Dough is not "up-to-par" if you get the Stale Store Displayed Pizza at the front but "decent" when ordered fresh. While basing a negative review on the company itself; the Delivery Driver who arrived to my doorstep was a good person. He told to not give him tips due to the trouble we had to go through, which is very courteous of him thus, we strongly advise anyone to do a Pick-up or talk directly on the phone with the Pizza Pizza Store to avoid the trouble and frustration.
Online Ordering + Customer Service Rep is TERRIBLE! We feel very upset with how the company handles their customers when the store is doing its best to serve their locals.
By the way, I had to call Customer Service again to discuss about the double charge on my credit card and they HANGED UP AGAIN! This is a getting way out of hand... We will never order online. Dominos does a better job at their customer rep phone line +...

Overall, tastes better than Domino's which tastes very salty. The larger issue is the regular delivery driver. He is not friendly at all and seems to hate his job and I've tried give him the benefit of the doubt. Driver often receiving a 40% tip from us pretty much every time
I have ordered about three times in the past week and a half after not ordering in a very long time. I've always ordered the same feature. The Crave special which is a great deal including a large 3 topping pizza, three cans of pop, plus a coupon for Crave. I've ordered the exact same toppings on the pizza each time. The first time was amazing. Almost made me wonder why I had stopped ordering. The second time was still pretty good, though the pizza didn't arrive as hot as the previous time. Last night was awful. As soon as I ordered online, the email confirmation stated that there was no time guarantee. It took an hour to get here, and was undercooked and lacking the extra cheese that I paid for. The person serving me gave me a difficult time about adding a smidgen of BBQ sauce to my single slice, wanting to charge me for an entire topping/dip for about 1/4 teaspoon's worth. Then he burnt my slice to a vary hard cardboard crisp with black edges, it was the last slice of that kind so I couldn't ask for another...rather, I sucked it up, paid and sat down with my hard, burnt slice. As I was about 1/2 way through eating, I was asked by another employee to get up and move to another section of the restaurant so he could clean my section. I only needed about 5-10 mins to finish eating but he insisted I move anyway (this was 6 hours before close). I advised him that it is not good customer service to ask someone to move table sections while they're in the middle of eating. Because I have mobility issues, I stated that I would just leave because I'd rather not have to make multiple moves... I subsequently finished eating my dinner in my car. While the employees were not outwardly rude to me, per se, I certainly do see areas where they could improve their customer service...
