Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Guelph

Food was good as most Tim Hortons I never have an issue with that part. On the other hand the one staff working when I ordered was extremely rude and ignorant. I ordered a breakfast farmers wrap and bagel which they made no problem. But I also ordered a XL French Vanilla. The staff from break must have just come back and I was given my order but without the French Vanilla. I asked (the other employee that just got off break) if there should be a French Vanilla with my order and the employee who was supposed to make it said to the staff "the French Vanilla is right there" and pointed to it as it was just sitting there.

Along that she was extremely rude and very unwelcoming with a negative attitude. The other staff though was nice and I had no issue.
