Sai Variety Store — Local services in Guelph

Not sure why this place has 5 star reviews... are the people of Guelph just extremely generous? I would give 1 star but because he did the bare minimum and gave us our package in good condition, he'll get a 2 star rating from me.

We had miss a delivery so our package was dropped off with Sai Variety. The delivery person had called us and gave us the wrong address so we called Sai Variety to confirm if our package was there or not so we could make the trip same day. This was supposed to be a simple phone call but the man refused to check if our package was there saying he's extremely busy and that he didn't have time to go into the backroom to look for our package. We explained our situation to him again and he hung up on us.

We decided to go to the store anyways to check, the man was not busy at all, just chilling on his cell phone behind the counter. I told him we were looking for our package and gave our credentials. It took him only 1 step, yes, 1 step, from his chair to check and retrieve our package. There was no need to lie and make excuses for...

In my opinion, this is the perfect store to have in a very bustling area of Guelph, every time that i've been here the person working the register has always been super friendly and judgement free (if I happen to ask a redundant question). SAI has an amazing selection of products behind the counter, and they always have freezies stocked up for such a good price if you ever need something to cool off with for a couple quarters.

This is a convenient store that I can say, is very fulfilling of the convenience promised.

Fantastic variety store and your prime Amazon package location!

I do all my Amazon pickups/returns here. The gentleman that's usually there is always polite and kind. He is also very warm towards my family that sometimes comes in with me.

The store has a good variety of gummies that I haven't seen elsewhere with a few drinks as well. Good variety of other sweet/salty treats as well.

They also sell samosas which are a great snack and taste homemade! The sauce is on point, super tasty.
