Average food place, but below average customer service. If I buy a food that I eill not eat. That I do not like. I should not be forced to keep said food. I wanted a refund for the ketchup nugs as they were kinda gross. I never try to return food cause it's food! Lol I was told no, we don't do that. She also looked at me like I had 3 heads for asking.....again, shoddy Customer service. Anyway. Forcing a paying customer to keep a food they don't like, just to keep up sales is incredibly Capitalistic, and for the company. Very dissapointed in a policy that put the customers out on their a$$. I shouldent be handed the cost. You guys make adverts so the food looks good, you use marketing and key words to attract attention. Trying to get people to buy the food.
