This is good pizza for a quick bite Edit to this review: I am changing my review because for the first time in a long while I was disappointed and disgusted with this place . I went to order a pizza for supper on a friday evening at 550 pm . When I got there it wasn't terribly busy but I was told it would be 20 mins which isn't too bad ,but after 40 minutes of waiting, I approached the counter asking where my pizza was . They "lost" my order and had to start it.🙄. As I watched them scurry to get my pizza done I watched a man teaching a new staff member how to put together one of those party packs. You know ,wings pizza ,fries. As he was showing her how to deep fry the wings and put them in the box, 1 wing fell on the floor. He picked it up ,put it back into the fryer and then put it into the party pack box! DISGUSTING!! I hope no one in Georgetown was getting that order ? I got my pizza finally but was so angry at the 1 hour wait and the handling of the food I asked for compensation to which he offered 1 dipping sauce! Really? I called the head office ,spoke to a manager,demanded my money back ,(I'd paid up front) and told them of the gross health hazzard they were performing. Told them to watch the CCTV footage. Head office told me to go back to the store to get a refund. When I arrived I told the staff I had talked to head office and to give my money back .He refused . I called the manager back ,told her what had happened, she put me on hold ,called this location told him to give me my money. He came to the register, opened it up took out what I had paid ,slammed it down on the counter and said There. ! I seriously hope that someone doesn't get food poisoning. Do they even wash their hands between cash and making pizza? Do they wash their hands between different types or pizzas for those with allergies ? Who knows but I for one, will...

One of your friends made an inappropriate comment about our closing time, which we chose to ignore to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. We continued to serve you with a smile and did our best to ensure you had a positive experience.

It is disheartening to see a negative review, especially when we went out of our way to accommodate your late-night request. We kindly ask that you stop lying about the closing time. We have CCTV surveillance showing your friend sitting inside the store and receiving the order. Our team works hard to serve our community, and we always appreciate constructive feedback that helps us improve. However, we kindly ask for fairness and understanding when leaving reviews, as we always aim to do our best for every customer.

Great Food, great service! I'll recommend anyone to go there! Whenever I go there, they have a variety of pizza slices and panzo's. Very clean store and friendly staff. I usually get fast service with my food, but when they are busy there is a bit of a wait. Well worth it once you take a bite into the delicious pizza. Definitely the best pizza in town! I always leave a tip for the front guy, i always see him do alot of work and he goes out of his way to give the best deal and help out customers. I have even seen him a few times help out take the order to our cars. The staff are very hard working and knowledgeable of their products. Washrooms are always clean! Always get what i want. If you are a vegetarian, you should definitely try out their new plant base meat pizza! With the cauliflower crust. Delicious!! And I'm a meat eater lol! Definitely go here and let me know how your experience was! *Warning * last few times I ordered from here I got old food, moldy cheese! Not the same anymore. I don't know it might be the employee ‘s or the owner. They might be going delusional hearing things in there mind! But extremely bad food! Maybe Covid-19! Makes you even think” we should not even order take out till this is over! My child and my self and my “ex” girlfriend got real sick!
