Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Halton Hills

We moved to Georgetown 4.5 years ago, and in that time we’ve been to Quesada many many times. During renovations, family gatherings and more, Quesada has been our go to restaurant for quick service, quality food, and vegan options which many other establishments still lack. Every employee we’ve encountered at Quesada in our town has been so very kind. They’ve always remembered our faces, our orders, asked about our significant other when only one person is picking up food, etc. When we were expecting our first child, they would always ask how I was, or if my partner was the one picking up food, they’d ask him about me. During pickup yesterday, they even wrote a kind note of congratulations for our baby on a napkin inside the bag, and they wrote a message on the bag as well. All from seeing who the online order was from. I wish every employee here the very best, and I really want to commend them for their above and beyond service. Excellent experience tonight at Quesada Georgetown (Mountainview). Fiest impression walking in the door was how clean everything was. Dining area, prep and food stations were all clean, not overfilled and ingredients looked fresh. Service was fast and very friendly, they even took the time to laugh at my corny jokes. Food was top notch! Had mild chicken quesadilla, again fresh ingredients and good portions. $12.49 plus taxes and grats, plus $3.19 for a bottle of pop. Not cheap but on par with the industry and great value for money. Was very full. Try the paprika(mild), chipotle (hot) and habanero(very hot) mayos all were delicious. 8/10...

Worst customer service ever. No manager on duty. When I asked the name she said she doesn’t have a name. The girl with glasses. First to start off they didn’t have rice cooked. I am ready to pay extra she gave me the attitude. I have always been a quesada but this location is an absolute disappointment. Employee looked so unhappy to serve customers. Have never seen a restaurant so unprepared and not customer oriented. Her attitude made me walk out with no food as she kept arguing on the cash register in front of everyone not caring about the brand name she is working for! Wish could give...
