I have never left a review before, but what I witnessed today around 8 oâclock compelled me to speak up. I was there just to meet my wife and didnât place an order, but I saw a girl with glassesâeither the manager or a coworkerâyelling at a trainee server in front of a customer. I donât know why she was yelling at her, but from the expressions of the girl, it was clear the language was harsh and unacceptable. It was shocking and very uncomfortable to witness. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in front of others. Later, when I asked the girl in the parking lot about what had happened, she didnât say anything.Owner, please take care of this issue. It reminded me painfully of my daughter, who was once harassed by her supervisor. People who treat others this way should not be allowed to continue in their positionsâthey should be fired. Itâs deeply disappointing to see a business run with so little respect for its employees, all for the sake of profit. If you have any sense of humanity, please avoid this place. No one should support a business that publicly harasses its staff.I will be informing the hospital management so they can look into this and...
Read moreI visited this Tim Hortons today as a volunteer doctor and witnessed one of the best examples of customer service Iâve ever seen. A lady came in and started arguing about butter and cream cheese. She was clearly in the wrong but was extremely rude to the girl working at the counter even threatening to leave a bad review and get her fired.Despite the negativity, the staff member handled the situation with incredible patience and grace. She stayed calm, kind, and respectful throughout it all. It was genuinely impressive to watch.Later, I ordered food, and she made it so well it was absolutely delicious. That was hands down the best customer service Iâve ever experienced.Kudos to her for representing Tim Hortons with such a positive attitude. People like her make the experience better for everyone! Iâll definitely be...
Read moreRude and condescending due to my appearance. Tim Hortons should take a look at this franchise.
She told me they were closed but served two others after us.
Reply to owner comments What I am referring to is a behaviour/action by your employee. But you are justifying it on the basis of characteristics. (Same origin country)
I didnât even speak before she singled me out and told me itâs closed. Constructive response would have been explaining why two other people were provided goods/service after I was told that youâre closed. Such explanation had the potential of changing my perspective and making me realize I had misinterpreted the event.

Having the same origin country does not necessarily imply there will be no discrimination especially from as diverse...
