If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came here with family and the experience was like nothing I’ve experienced before it was the worst experience possible! We waited so long for one appetizer (meat with hummus) it came almost 30- 40 minutes after. At this point our entire table was starving.. we still didn’t want to be mean to anyone we just wanted a solution and to ask how long till the main course was here. My sister in law and I went up to the counter to simply ask how long the food would be and to explain that the appetizers meat was cold. The waitress who I’m assuming was the wife of the owner had a horrible reaction to our “complaint” we were so nice in the way we complained but her response was “ok” and she walked off to our table telling my sister in laws kids “whoever that is she’s disrespectful” and turned to my husband and brother in law to tell them “your sister or whoever needs to learn some manners” to which my husband and brother in law replied in a very calm manner “you need to understand that if we are trying to complain about food you run a restaurant you’re bound to have complaints and will have to handle them accordingly.” She then comes back towards the counter and starts walking to the back to get who I’m assuming owns the place: Ali. We are now trying to speak to him just letting him know we’re just trying to speak to her respectfully and she’s being so rude and not handling anything correctly as we’re explaining the situation to him he goes in and out the back as his wife (our waitress) is on the phone with someone calling to get them to come to the restaurant. While we’re still speaking to him he leaves to go to the back again and grabs our food platter and brings it out telling us we can take the platter to go. At this point we’re not hungry we’re just trying to handle this situation and leave, but it keeps escalating because of the woman who was waiting our table. In the end as we’re frustrated with not being heard and them not listening/going to the back constantly. We decide we’ll just leave but as we’re leaving my sister in law asks me to just record the food so we can have proof that we didn’t eat the food. As I’m recording I make sure not to get any faces because I want to still be respectful, but then the woman comes running and up and starts assaulting me snatching my phone from my hand to end my recording and shoving herself in me. I was shocked I’ve never experienced anything like this before and neither have I been rude to anyone working their job no matter what the industry is (including this situation). Had she just handled the situation differently and showed us respect too the way we were we wouldn’t have had such a situation, we eat out all the time and if we’ve ever had any complaints both parties (us and the restaurant) have handled it respectfully and never had an incident like this. Horrible place. Look at all my reviews. Every single restaurant I have never complained about. This place stay away from. They’re probably going to give me a nasty reply with this review too. First of all we never got asked about water or drinks, we never even had a chance to ask because no one was on the dining floor. We ordered food, appetizer and a family platter. We got our appetizer 40min after we ordered. Cold. We went up to the front to ask them why it’s taking so long and also mentioned the appetizer was stone cold, the lady replied by asking “what do you want me to about it, bbq takes along time?” I understand every restaurant gets busy and there’s delays, but a waitress/owner should never reply like that. The lady was the most rudest waitress I have ever seen. She then proceeds to go our kids and myself and says your sister needs to learn some manners while my sister was talking to the owner. We end up deciding to leave without paying, because we never ate anything. My wife decided to record the food because we didn’t want any complaints for dine and dash. The waitress then comes up to my wife and assaults her and grabs the phone from her hand. Guys we have it all on video, cops came. Shame that people like this are running a Muslim business. Stay away for your own sake.

A lot of people who have left 1 star reviews said the same thing, cold food, most importantly worst customer service. They only reply to the 1 star reviews anyways, and if you notice they’re only defending themselves, without why accountability. We were just there with are family we usually go across the street but they were very busy so I decided to try this lounge we had a horrible experience we waited over 50 minutes for are appetizer to come which was hummus with meat and it was cold so we decided to wait for a food and decided if we should even say anything as we didn’t want to be a complainer so we waited another 15 mins before going to the counter and just asked very politely on how long the rest of the food will take and the waitress immediately started yelling and said it’s bbq it always takes time. I said it shouldn’t take one hour she started yelling again and said bbq always takes long maybe you don’t know . Then that’s when I told her like even the need that was served was cold she said ok and walked away to the table we were dinning at and started telling my family that this lady is rude she needs to learn some manners mind you my children were sitting there . So then she goes inside to call the manager her was actually nice don’t wanna lie but the vibe was ruined and we didn’t want to eat there any more so we decided to just calmly tell them that it’s ok you guys have a goodnight and we started making are way out when the same waitress started running at us so my sis in law started to record . The waitress ran to her and snatched her phone from her hand and pushed her and kept saying oh you have to pay or it won’t be good . And kept running to the back and making phone calls . So we got scared and walked out and called the police which advised us to leave from there for are safety . I’m not one to leave a review but I we had the most terrifying experience.
