Booster Juice — Restaurant in Hamilton

Just spoke with the employee at 7:30, 30 minutes past opening time and he said that he opens closer to 8am here. After calling several locations I’ve been told that the store is supposed to open at 7am and then I headed to upper James location instead. Let the employee know I’ve been sitting here for almost 30 minutes and his response was ‘ok’. No apology. Not very good for the first contact someone has in the morning to start their day. This is not my first bad experience with this employee either. Previously he has refused to give me ice in orange juice, and also once took an order of a customer behind me and attempted to serve them first because their order was ‘bigger’ then mine. Extremely disappointing. I’ve finally had enough and decided to review because i feel as though management has no idea what is going on at this location and when I asked for the managers name he refused to tell me. I have shown up many times 1 hour before their closing time, and their juicer was already closed. They also refused cash and said that was closed too. To make matters worse, the attitude and rudeness of the young Asian girl set me off. I will be contacting her manager about this as well. After rudely and aggressively being refused service because she was too lazy to juice an hour before the end of her shift, I contact another poster juice and they o they are not supposed to do that and they were shocked as well. Here’s the worst part, it happened 3 or 4 times so we don’t go there anymore. They lost a good customer, but I wanted to report this and publicly state that she should be fired. I have visited this place twice in the last week and I was serviced by the same gentleman (Feb 29th and today March 8th). On Feb 29th I witnessed the employee serve 7 people-take all of our orders with the same level of Customer Service and respect. He was both polite and did not seem bothered that he was working on his own...He man handled our orders-and did it with a smile!!! Both My cousin and I both were extreamly impressed! He deserves recognition ... such a nice nice nice person. I went in again with my husband today and our order was taken by the same guy-He is very consistent in the way he welcomes and serves customers. I will 100% be returning to this location. No Flaws...no complaints...Excellent customer service! Such a great team here....
