Not at all impressed with this location. I downloaded the app and ordered a smoothie online. The app has 2 options when ordering “pickup” and “curb side” I chose curb side as I had my toddler with me and didn’t want to leave him in the car or unstrap him from his car seat to run in and grab a smoothie. I figured it would be a convenient option to choose curb side to have them deliver it to my car. The app states my order should be ready so I sit and wait. I watch a few customers enter and leave while I’m still waiting for my smoothie. 10 minutes goes by, at this point I’m wondering what is taking so long as I’ve seen several customers enter and leave at this point. I decide to run in and grab it really quickly and mention that I’ve been waiting 10 minutes for my curb side order and get a response of “we don’t bring it out to you” THAT’S WHAT CURB SIDE MEANS! The options in the app aren’t “pickup” and “pickup”. If the app has an option of curb side then yes you do deliver it to the car. I don’t know if this is a manager issue, or just a worker issue, or if it’s a problem with head office needing to be sorted out. But if the app has an option of curb side and a customer chooses that then it should be delivered to the car! Read moreI am replying to the post made by Abby T. I was in the store when this incident happened and there is a bit of mis communication. The person bought two smoothies and dropped her smoothie on the ground and it exploded everywhere. The girl behind the counter was working alone which seems to happen all the time at this location. And after the smoothie was dropped the girl offered to make another one after she was done with the customer in front of me and apparently it took too long and Abby T slammed her cup on the counter and demanded a refund for both smoothies even though only one was dropped. And the girl gave her her money back and Abby T left after making some very rude comments. The girl behind the counter was left in tears. Read moreAbsolutely disgusted by the service at this location. On our way home from the cottage, my mother stopped in to get us two drinks. Firstly, the lady working forgot to put a lid on the blender and the smoothie spilled EVERYWHERE, including all over my mother. Not the issue. When she asked for another drink, they wanted to charge her for a new one! The drink that THEY spilled all over her. When she asked for a refund, they offered her for the one drink they hadn’t made yet, but not the one that was spilled at the fault of the employee working August 15th approximately 2:45PM.
