We've been here a few times before and it's been ok but tonight my son and I decided to have dinner there for half price wing night. We arrived at 430 and asked for a table for two. The young girl greeting us seemed a little rattled and I could tell she really didn't know where to put us even though there was plenty of open tables.. she told me she had to check to see if "someone is working tonight " and walked to the back. A minute later she returns while biting her nails, grabs some menus and leads us to the corner booth which had zero view of any of the TV's or the restaurant itself. What made matters worse was the entire time it was really cold in that corner. My son kept his winter coat on during dinner. Now let's get to the food.. after waiting a good long while for our half pan nachos and two orders of wings to come, it arrives cold. We were hungry and already waited 30 mins to eat so I didn't want to wait any longer. The nachos were dry and not a lot of cheese. My son order the nachos with extra beef and it didn't seem like a lot of beef on them.. the bill came out was 62 dollars for two orders of room temperature wings and room temperature nachos.. they billed me 5 dollars for beef and 5 dollars for chicken on the nachos which had zero chicken. I left 70 cash and felt it wasn't worth it at all especially on "half price wing night". Even the wings themselves were dusted in some sort of course black pepper but we ordered mild wings.. not really that tasty tbh. It was a trifecta of unlucky seating in a cold corner with no view, slow service and cold food that I had the pleasure of paying 70...

I’ve ordered from Kelsey’s on South Service Road many times before, usually the burger bundle for the whole family, and it’s always been great. The food is consistently delicious, and I’ve never had any issues… until this past week. I placed a fairly detailed order with a few customizations and allergy-related modifications, but unfortunately, those add-ons and changes were missed in the delivery.

Mistakes happen, especially when you’re a frequent customer, it’s bound to happen eventually. What really stood out was how the situation was handled. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Justin, who couldn’t have been more professional and understanding. He listened, apologized, and immediately asked how he could make it right. And he did.

Justin’s approach to customer service is exactly what keeps loyal customers coming back. He owned the mistake, took accountability on behalf of his team, and ensured I felt heard and valued. That kind of service, especially when something goes wrong, speaks volumes about the leadership and culture of a restaurant.

First off, We came here for My Birthday! I ordered a medium steak with no black peppers. A huge deal was made By our Server ( blonde chick) on weather or not black pepper would be used on my steak. Not only was my steak RAW, SOO disgusting, chewy, but it also had zero flavor because they didn't even put any salt or other spices to my steak. I ORDERED A MEDIUM, NOT RARE! ( I ALWAYS ORDER THIS MEAL WHENEVER I GO TO A KELSEYS RESTAURANT) Our server was RUDE, expected that we all knew what we wanted immediately, and made a rude comment to us that she has other tables that she needed to serve. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T GO HERE! I will Never go to this Location ever again! I have NEVER had such a disgusting steak like this at Kelseys in my life, and I would never go back.
