Disappointing Experience

I am compelled to leave a review after experiencing the worst service at this establishment. I requested a simple accommodation while ordering a chicken salad, asking for the chicken to be placed in a separate container to prevent my salad from becoming soggy. The employee's response was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting that I order a side of chicken in addition to the salad. Despite my explanation that I only wanted the normal amount of chicken for the salad, the employee insisted on charging me for two separate items, instead of simply placing my chicken (that was a part of the salad) in a separate container, so I could get home to eat it without it being soggy.

The lack of understanding and refusal to accommodate a simple request was disappointing. The employee's condescending attitude and eye-rolling only added to the negative experience. It was absurd to be expected to pay extra for additional food I did not want or need. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

I have no intention of revisiting this store after such a frustrating encounter. While I empathize with the need to maintain profitability, the lack of basic customer service and unreasonable charges for a basic request have left me with a lasting impression of poor service. After two disappointing visits, I wont return. The first time I ordered the Chicken Shawarma platter. The chicken was as dry as the desert, very little white sauce, rice was slightly overcooked, Greek salad consisted of shredded iceberg lettuce , a few olives, parmesan cheese ? and a tiny bit of vinaigrette. Summing this visit up as a possible one off, I made the mistake of trying it again.

My second visit I again ordered the chicken shawarma platter. This time the chicken was nicely cooked and very flavorful. The rice however was very overcooked with the consistency of oatmeal. Again, they were very skimpy on the white sauce even after asking for extra. I went with a Cesar salad this visit which I quickly regretted. Their Cesar salad was again made with shredded iceberg lettuce, a drizzle of garlic sauce ? , a few dried out pieces of pita and a dash of parmesan cheese. Needless to say, I ate the chicken and threw the rest of the meal in the garbage.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The food here is of low quality, the staff seem to not care about what they serve and it is far from authentic. You would be happier going...

Went for the first time as TONS of friends suggested it. Meal took 25 minutes to make with 3 customers in the store. Ordered Philly cheese steak on the sticks. As per photo, NO cheese to be found, or anything resembling a philly steak. The fries are flavorless and dry. And the catfood looking meat i dont even know what it is. Also asked for hot sauce on the side and clearly it is on it! also ordered the Friday special, no asking of toppings for salad the half a potato was cold and rock hard and again hot sauce was supposed to be on the side. Staff tried to only give one meal from the special which is supposed to be 2. So again had to wait. Also wasnt told until after paying that they didnt have peppers for the philly and NO options given for a substitute. Upon looking at receipt (43$) they charged for feta and beef and upcharged 50cents. When questioned they mumbled something about adding something extra to the platter.
